Below are the currently proposed schedules for our three days at the convention. Please know these are subject to change as we confirm our speakers’ availability. See our Education page for more information on what to expect in each theme. Schedules will be updated as changes are made.   • The convention will be located at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge Hotel.

  • Thursday, September 4th 2025 through Saturday, September 6th 2025.

    All three days will be packed with education and activities!

  • The Convention does have a registration fee. This fee also includes lunch at the hotel each day.

    There are discount codes available for some demographics, and financial aid is available for those eligible.

  • We do have options for 1-Day and 3-Day passes to the Convention.

    1-Day pass members will have to choose they day they wish to attend so we can properly track capacity requirements.

  • There is a public transportation stop right outside the hotel on Bus Line: CT2. The stop is Amesbury St @ Vassar St.
    The CT2 can be connected onto relatively easily from the Green Line near Fenway and Red Line near Kendall/MIT
